Kimberly has been representing businesses, large national lenders, small community lenders, and other entities in the Baltimore metro area and beyond for almost twenty years. Businesses, lenders, entrepreneurs, and individuals have all come to Kimberly for her guidance on legal matters ranging from contract review, to entity formation and governance, to the purchase and sale of personal and commercial real estate, to commercial financing. Kimberly began her career in litigation before transitioning to transactional matters where she has focused her practice for the past ten years.

Kimberly knew that she wanted to be a lawyer from the time she was five years old. She was the first one of her family to graduate from college and she brings her passion for the law to each and every legal matter that she handles. Kimberly lives in northern Baltimore County with her husband and two daughters.
